Services
The SEO Alchemists, based at 5900 Balcones Dr Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, provides search engine optimization, local SEO, Google Business Profile services, website design and website maintenance. The scope, pricing and timeline for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Month-to-month service
Ongoing services are billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time; work continues through the end of the paid period.
6-Month Ranking Guarantee
For SEO and local SEO campaigns, if the target keywords agreed in writing at onboarding (up to 5 primary keywords) are not ranking after 6 months of service, we pause all SEO billing until they are. "Ranking" means page one of Google results or the top 3 of the Google Maps Map Pack for the agreed keywords in your service area. The guarantee requires that you provide timely access to your website and Google Business Profile and approve content within a reasonable window. Full details are on our ranking guarantee page. We do not guarantee any specific position, such as "#1 on Google."
Website ownership
Websites we build are sold for a one-time payment. On final payment, you own the domain (registered in your name), all files, content and design, and you may move hosting or developers at any time. Optional add-ons such as maintenance and SEO are separate, optional services.
No guaranteed outcomes beyond the guarantee
Except as stated in the ranking guarantee, we do not warrant specific rankings, traffic levels or revenue. Search engines change their algorithms, and honest marketing involves variables no agency controls.
